Can I get a refund or swap a theme after purchase?

Once we have released a digital product, such as a Big Cartel theme, it is impossible to ensure its return to us and its cease-of-use by the customer. By refunding or swapping out digital products, a system is created that would allow a customer to acquire one or more products for free or less than retail price.
For this reason, we can not refund, swap or provide a discounted exchange for any purchases.
This policy is standard, and commonly understood, for all digital product providers (e.g. the purchase of applications, music or video from Apple, Amazon, etc.).
In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.
It is your responsibility to review all previews and details of a digital product before purchase, as the purchase is final and non-refundable.
If you are not happy with the appearance of a theme you have purchased, please note that we continue to add to a collection of free style blocks that allow you to quickly transform your theme’s appearance. You can browse the available style blocks for your theme in our Extras section and keep an eye on our updates to see when new style blocks are released.
Also be aware that, because our theme designs are minimalist, with a few changes to your theme colours and fonts you can make your current theme look similar to another Aarcade or minimalist theme that you may prefer.
